Last updated: August 19, 2026

Summary

Argo is designed to work privately on your device. Argo has no user accounts, advertising, analytics, or cloud database. The developer does not collect, receive, sell, or share personal data through the app.

Data used on your device

These items are not transmitted to the developer or to a developer-operated server.

Third parties

Argo relies on Apple system services for location, background tasks, and local notifications. Apple may process device and service information under Apple's own privacy policy. Argo does not include third-party advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs.

Retention and deletion

You can clear the event log inside Argo. Deleting Argo removes its locally stored app data from the device, subject to standard iOS backup behavior controlled by you and Apple.

Children

Argo is a tool for adult caregivers. It does not create profiles for children and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Safety limitation

Argo is a supplemental reminder. It does not detect whether a child is present, prevent heatstroke, replace adult supervision, or guarantee an alert.
