Purpose
Elmer Lead Automation Demo is a private test integration that demonstrates how an HVAC business could receive and respond to customer inquiries through Instagram. It is not an advertising network, data broker, or public software service.
Information processed
When you send a message to the connected Instagram professional account, the demo may process:
- Instagram-scoped identifiers needed to receive the message and send a reply.
- Message content that you choose to send.
- Technical event data, including message identifiers and timestamps, used to prevent duplicate processing and troubleshoot the workflow.
The demo does not request payment-card details, government identifiers, passwords, or precise location data.
How information is used
Information is used only to receive the inquiry, classify it for the HVAC demonstration, send an automated acknowledgement, allow human follow-up, and diagnose errors.
Storage and sharing
Workflow execution history is stored in a self-hosted n8n demo environment controlled by the developer. Information is also processed by Meta as part of Instagram under Meta's own terms and privacy policy. Data is not sold, rented, used for behavioral advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties.
Retention and deletion
Demo execution records are retained only while needed for testing and troubleshooting, then removed when the demo environment is reset. You may request deletion at any time using the instructions below.
Security
Access tokens are kept in encrypted application credentials and are not included in exported workflow files. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
Do not send information you do not want processed by the demo. You can stop interacting at any time and ask for a human by replying “HUMAN.”
